About Dr. Moya

Hi, I’m Dr. Moya O’Leary, PsyD — a psychologist, wife, and mother, with over a decade of post-graduate experience in mental health care. For the past seven years, I’ve specialized in working with perinatal clients, including birthing people, parents, and the professionals who support them. My work is rooted in compassion, grounded in clinical expertise, and informed by real-life experience navigating the complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and loss.

My style is warm and collaborative, and while I’ll always meet you where you are, I’m also not afraid to gently challenge you when it matters. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and heard in our work together — and also empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

In addition to private practice, I’ve held leadership roles in community mental health and hospital-based settings, and I’m deeply committed to supporting both clients and providers in the perinatal space. Whether you’re navigating identity shifts, anxiety, grief, trauma, or just the overwhelming emotional landscape of early parenthood, I’m here to walk with you — with empathy, clinical skill, and a deep belief in your resilience.
